The electric towel drying rack in my Junior Suite was a delightful surprise, and the unique curved French windows provided a charming touch. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere throughout my stay.

I had such a great stay, especially with the amazing breakfast options and the well-decorated lobby that really caught my eye! The room was spacious with lovely full-size windows, providing a fantastic view. I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at NH Collection Palacio de Tepa. The central location allowed me to explore Madrid’s rich history, while the staff provided really good service. My room could use more natural light. Still, the historic charm and breakfast variety were good.

The breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse menu with freshly prepared options including cooked-to-order meals, a variety of cheeses, and excellent coffee. The staff was incredibly professional, assisting with all my needs, including organizing business-related inquiries efficiently. The room was comfortable and equipped with great amenities such as a Nespresso machine.

Just a solid selection for a weekend outing in Madrid with good value. The friendly staff welcomed us with a glass of wine at check-in which was a nice surprise. Be aware that the bathroom can feel cramped, so plan accordingly.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, friendly staff, and a lovely bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find the route I needed. I highly recommend the breakfast!

The wellness center offered great massage services that were just what we needed after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, our room's street view did come with a bit of noise, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

During our three-night stay, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning with a fantastic variety. Our room had a small balcony that, once closed up, provided a peaceful retreat from the city noise. For a quieter experience, definitely request an internal room!
